How to Get Here
Ganges, located at the head of Ganges Harbour on the eastern side of the island, is the main village on Salt Spring, and the main hub for business activities, retail shops and services. Its closest ferry terminal is Long Harbour, the landing point for ferries arriving from Tsawwassen ferry terminal (Vancouver) and the other Southern Gulf Islands. The island’s other two villages, Vesuvius on the western side and Fulford on the southern, provide ferry terminal access for travel between Crofton on Vancouver Island and Swartz Bay (Victoria) respectively.

Driving Directions
From Long Harbour Ferry Terminal
Take Long Harbour Road to the 'T' intersection of Upper Ganges Road. Turn left onto Upper Ganges Road, and follow it to the 'T' intersection at Lower Ganges Road. Turn left and head into the center of Ganges. Turn left onto Purvis Road (at Thrifty's). Go through the parking lot to the very end, and you'll find yourself at Grace Point Square.
From Vesuvius Ferry Terminal
Take Vesuvius Bay Road to the four-way stop at the intersection of Lower Ganges Road where you'll see an athletic park, a firehall, and the Fritz cinema. Turn right onto Lower Ganges Road, and follow it into Ganges. Turn left onto Purvis Road (at Thrifty's). Go through the parking lot to the very end and you'll find yourself at Grace Point Square.
From Fulford Ferry Terminal
Follow the Fulford-Ganges Road north up the island, all the way into Ganges (approximately 15 minutes). Turn right onto Purvis Road (at Thrifty's). Go through the parking lot to the very end, and you'll find yourself at Grace Point Square.
From Seaplane Docks
Simply walk up the ramp from the seaplane, and head through the parking lot to Grace Point Square where you'll find the office for Salt Spring Air. For information on how to find flights to Salt Spring Island, check the Salt Spring Air website.
